Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including the provided return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
